We are reminded in Hebrews 11:8-10, when Abraham was called, by God, to go to the "land of promise". These verses in chapter 11 start with "by faith" and it was only when God's people put their trust in God and fully surrender to Him, that they can take the next step. We must trust the One who knows the beginning to the end.
