Life brings many challenges—some so heavy they feel as though they might break us. Yet often, those very moments are shaping us. Like the potter at the wheel, carefully moulding and refining his work, God is at work in the lives of His children. From the beginning, we are placed upon the wheel of life, slowly formed, strengthened, and refined. At times He removes what no longer serves His purpose, reshaping areas of our lives, while building our character to become more like Christ. My prayer is that this reminder would bring comfort—that it is often in the storms, the turning, and the pressing, where the deepest learning and growth take place.
